What do you mean by transition?

Throughout our lives as women, we move through many transitions—these can include starting a new job, school, marriage, motherhood, relocation, loss, or shifting roles and dynamics within our families and community. While transitions can be exciting, sometimes it can bring up feelings of overwhelm, grief, and self doubt. Over time this can lead to anxiety, depression, loss of self worth and self esteem or burnout.
