Islamic Psychology
Research has shown that being connected to a faith can be an effective tool in helping us cope with life’s many challenges. For those who are interested, our therapists can incorporate Islamic teachings into sessions as a way to further resource clients in order to build resilience and work towards achieving their desired goals.
