What is depression?
Depression is more than just feeling sad or having a bad day. It is a mental health condition that shows up persistently and over time can negatively affect a person’s thoughts, emotions, and daily functioning.
Signs you may be struggling with depression:

- Loss of interest in things you once enjoyed

- Low energy and difficulty concentrating.
- In some cases it may show up as irritability or physical aches and pain
