What is self confidence?
Self-confidence is the foundation for how we see ourselves and how we move through the world. In life we all go through experiences that can leave our confidence shaken – trauma, abuse, rejection, loss, etc. Factors such as people pleasing, perfectionism and burnout can further erode self worth and self confidence. Over time this can contribute to the development of anxiety or depression.
How we can help:
Identify and replace beliefs and behaviour that is negatively impacting your self worth
Identify the root of beliefs around your self concept – ie. experiences of past trauma, rejection, etc
Work with you to build self worth and increase self confidence
If requested, draw from Islamic teachings to provide additional tools and resources to help build a balanced relationship with the self
