Whether you’re navigating generational expectations, faith-related concerns, relationships, burnout, or the pressure to “hold it all together,” you deserve support that honors both your cultural roots and your personal needs. I have over seven years of experience working with people from various backgrounds, but especially with the South Asian and Muslim community. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cultural humility. I’m here to help you build clarity, healing, and balance.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, meeting you where you are and moving at a pace that feels respectful and sustainable. Whether we’re unpacking long-held patterns, strengthening communication, or navigating life transitions, I strive to create a space that feels safe, non-judgmental, and affirming.

I am a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, have extensive and specific training in working with couples and families, and am currently pursuing a Perinatal Mental Health Certification.

  • Mental Health First Aid, Mental Health Commission of Canada
  • Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy, Postpartum Support International
